The M&A Advisor has announced the winners of the 14th Annual International M&A Awards.
Nexia Australia was named winner of the Consumer Discretionary Deal of the Year (under $100MM) for its involvement in the Acquisition of Haltech Engine Management Systems by Race Winning Brands.
The awards will be presented at a Black-Tie Gala on Wednesday, September 19-20, 2023, in New York City.
