Professional experience
Jason commenced his career as a trainee accountant at a suburban practice and expanded his experience by joining a larger Brisbane firm and has worked for mid-tier professional services firms for the last 18 years.
During this time, Jason has had the opportunity to provide business and taxation advice to private and family owned business, small to medium enterprises (SME’s) and high net wealth individuals.
Jason has worked with a diverse range of clients across a variety of industries, working with a mix of clients and their stakeholders, including family owned industry participants operating in property development, beef cattle, and building supplies. Other industries of expertise include building and construction wholesalers, property development, manufacturing, hospitality and clubs, professional services, primary producers and agribusiness.
He has demonstrated expertise in all areas of public practice accounting including business services, taxation and tax planning, business structures, together with property transactions and Capital Gains Tax.
