Shelley-ann joined the Auckland office Tax Team in 2007 coming from Ernst & Young. Shelley-ann has specialised in the provision of tax consulting services for more than 20 years and prior to that she had 5 years’ experience in the provision of both audit and business advisory services.

Shelley-ann’s client base ranges from high net worth individuals, trusts and SMEs, through to large multinational companies and other chartered accountantcy firms. Shelley-ann’s experience includes international structuring, business acquisitions and disposals, property transactions, international tax, GST and other indirect taxes, tax compliance, IRD audits, tax affect accounting, due diligence, coaching and training staff, and analysis and dissemination of new tax legislation.

In addition, Shelley-ann is a director of Knowledge Shop Limited, the resource centre for professional accountants and co-manages the day to day operations. She provides tax advice to other professional accounting firms through the Knowledge Shop Q & A service, and provides regular continuing education to Knowledge Shop members to keep them up to date with legislative changes.
